RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but in case it does not work out we are happy to offer returns or exchanges. 

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To return your purchase, please contact us and we will email you a printable pre-paid return label. We are unable to pay for return shipping at this time, the shipping expense will be deducted from your refund.

If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us and include what size and color you would like to exchange for.

RETURN / EXCHANGE TERMS:

  • In order for a return / exchange to be processed, the package needs to be postmarked within 7 days of receiving it. After this timeframe, all sales are final.
  • The product needs to be returned in its original state - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that Ship Supply has the right to deny a refund, if the returned product does not meet our requirements.

  • If your shipment is defective or you received the wrong item, we will process the return free of charge.

  • There are no processing or re-stocking fees.

MISSING:

Ship Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. To handle this, you'll need to submit a claim with the shipper.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?

Orders are processed and shipped from our studio on Lopez Island, typically within 1 week after being placed.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS? 

Currently, we're charging a flat fee per shipment (based on weight) through USPS. Tracking information is included in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we do! There is a $20 flat rate shipping fee. Limited locations, however if your Country is not included on our shipping list, please reach out and we will do our best to ship to your location.
