Ship Supply pieces are designed to last. However, a little goes a long way when it comes to properly caring for your clothes. Please follow our garment instructions and your pieces will last longer and cause less impact on the planet.

• Avoid washing your hand-waxed garment whenever possible, as the wax coating protects it from stains and odors. Instead, use a warm rag to remove dirt or stains and apply heat with an iron or blow dryer to freshen the wax. This will help maintain the garment's appearance and prolong its lifespan.

Our products are made to last for years to come but in the case it does not work out we are happy to offer returns or exchanges. All products need to be returned in its original state - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that Ship Supply has the right to deny a refund, if the returned product does not meet our requirements.

For returns: The package needs to be postmarked within 10 days of receiving it. After this timeframe, all sales are final. Please contact us and we will email you a printable pre-paid return label. We are unable to pay for return shipping at this time, the shipping expense will be deducted from your refund. 
For exchanges: The package needs to be postmarked within 10 days of receiving it. After this timeframe, all sales are final. Please contact us and include what size and color you would like to exchange for. (Please do not ship to our shop address, contact us for return mailing address.)
